Firearms and related equipment that fall within the control of the NFA (National Firearms Act) are governed by many complex laws. These items include machine guns, short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, silencers or suppressors, and other weapons. The penalties for improper use or handling of these items are severe, including criminal charges, fines, and prison time. A gun trust is critical as it can protect you.

The trust is able to provide you with the ability to maintain compliance with the NFA, and can allow you to designate your beneficiaries to these items. At the Law Office of John A.
